This is Jaques' monologue from Act 2, Scene 7 of AS YOU LIKE IT by William Shakespeare. Although Jaques in the context of the play is quite melancholy, I enjoy "hamming up" this piece in auditions and using it to let out my inner clown.

This speech was originally requested for a callback, but I had so much fun recording it that I added it to my audition material!

This monologue is from the great play DOG SEES GOD by Bert V. Royal. Beethoven is a dream role of mine and this monologue is one of my favorites that I have in my repertoire.

This video was taken during an Audition Techniques class that I took my senior year of college. In it, I perform a monologue from DON'T LAUGH, IT'S FUNNY by Nathaniel Foster.

This video is from back in 2020. I used this piece to audition for SETC at the time. Despite the years gone by, I think this recording still holds up today. I am very proud of what I was able to capture in just a minute's time. I would love to play Claudio someday!
